Scriptures from the Holy Bible, King James (Authorised) Version of 1611
Book of Galations, chapter 6, verses 9 & 10

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

Holy Bible -- King James Version

Selah (Pause, and consider these things)
By Leonard L Hamilton Jr, Encouraging Words Ministries

What season is this? Is it the winter season, frosty and dark, unknowing of green shoot from tender earth?

Is it the season of destructive storms, east coast and west, and nothing spared in between as well?

Is it a season of hope springing eternally, and expectant yearning for One Who will save us?

Well, it is, of course, all these things- and more! And we are admonished to be ready for all things, to "be instant in season and out of season", whatever may come. Let each encourage the other to face each day for the Lord, and remain steadfast in the fruitful pursuits and labors the gracious King of Heaven puts before us. Whether facing ice storms, floods and mudslides, drought and starvation- in whatever circumstance we are found- let us be reminded to make the most of each opportunity; to serve and encourage those who seek the Lord, and encourage the moreso those who labor in His fields. May God bless you and cause His face to smile upon you. Let us sing a glad song, for the victory is the Lord's, and He is for those who love and glorify Him!

Your Invitation

There is a "best" season for claiming Jesus as personal Lord and Saviour: it is the first moment that the knowledge of Who He Is comes to once-closed minds, once-closed eyes, once-deaf ears. But let us do good to all men, whatever season they may be in at the moment. While there is opportunity, there is Hope. May God's love be to you always!
