Bible Text from King James' Version of 1611 |
|
| The Holy Bible, often
praised for its literary elegance and eloquence (especially the King James'
Authorised Version of 1611), is the most-often identified compilation
of Books of which it is comprised. Certain Bible Books, for example the
Books of the New Testament, are sometimes found alone (as Readers or Tracts),
in groups (as in the Gospels), or in their entirety (as The New Testament).
I know of no one Book which is of greater importance than another, nor one which has not obviously had the Truth of God breathed into it. All are given of God, are God-inspired and directed, and are given for our instruction and edification. Even, I rejoice to say, for our pleasure, our hope, and our future security. I desire to offer each Book in its entirety, and hope to add sections about the author of each, and the times and history that surround each as well. I ask your prayer support in this work of love to God. But as this is no readily done task (I expect it to take the most of this year), areas and links will only become active as they become operational and available, so your forebearance and patience are requested. Praise God! It is fit to rejoice in all things whatever, for He does provide for our needs in all ways. Jesus said to His disciples,
"I will not leave you comfortless; I will come to you." (John 14:18). He
still comes to us today through the Word of God; let's read, study, and
rejoice in it together, to and for the glory of God our Father and Christ
our King!
